Registration Fees

Thank you for considering participating in The Source 2008.

Early bird registration fee: $750

Regular fee: $950 after May 16, 2008

Registration fee includes sessions, all meals and offsite outings.

Payment by credit card: This online registration accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. An email confirming your payment will be sent to you after you complete the registration.

Payments by check: Check payments must be made out to Computershare – The Source. Please write “The Source 2008" on the memo line.

Guest registration fee: Your guest(s) can attend the Sunday outings and all dinners for an additional $650 fee per person.

Confirmation and cancellation policy: Registration will not be considerd confirmed and final until full payment is received.

Cancellations and/or substitutions must be made either through this Web site if payment was made online, or otherwise in writing to: nancy.ferrarese@computershare.com 14 business days prior to the event. Cancellations received after the 14 days or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee(s).

Getting there

Location
8,000 acres nestled in the unique setting of the Blue Ridge Mountains – 1 Antler Hill Road, Asheville NC. Go to www.biltmore.com.

Airport information
Asheville Regional Airport offers jet and commuter service on US Airways, Delta Air Lines, Continental Airlines, Chautauqua Airlines, and Northwest Airlines with connecting service worldwide. Ground transportation and major rental car companies are available at the airport terminal (see below). The Biltmore is located approximately 15 minutes from the airport.
Non-stop flight service is available between Asheville and the following cities:

Rental Car

Taxi
Several dozen taxi cab services operate in the Asheville area and are available at the airport. Asheville Airport Express is approximately $35 one way and can be contacted at 828-215-1371.

From Charlotte
If you prefer to drive from Charlotte it is approximately a 2 hour drive
Follow Interstate 85 south to US Highway 321 in Gastonia (exit 17) and then follow US 321 north to I-40. Take I-40 west to Asheville, and take exit 50B (US Highway 25 North). After exiting stay in the left lane and follow signs to the Biltmore entrance.
