Jennifer is the Financial Reporting Product Manager for Computershare Plans Software. Jennifer helps to ensure that the Express Equity Suite's financial reporting offering meets the requirements set forth within the industry.

She holds a bachelor's in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University, a Masters of Science in Management and an MBA from Albertus Magnus College. Jen is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and a member of the NASPP.

Greg Besner

Greg is the co-founder of Restricted Stock Systems, Inc.(now Computershare Executive Services), which was acquired October 31, 2007 by Computershare. Prior to founding RSS, he was Vice President at Merrill Lynch managing approximately $13 billion of restricted stock for the firms'largest Institutional and Private Clients. He also managed restricted stock transactions as an executive in the Private Wealth Management division of Goldman Sachs.

Greg is a published author and frequent speaker on the subject of technology and compliance trends within executive and equity compensation. He earned his M.B.A. in Management and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his B.A from Rutgers College. Greg was named Ernst & Young 2003 Entrepreneur of the Year in New Jersey.

Patricia Brown, CEP

Patricia is the Sr. Product Manager for the Equity Suite within Computershare Plans Software and is responsible for the overall direction and content of the product line. Patricia has over 20 years experience in the Equity Compensation field. Patricia was Director of Stock Plans for a large Healthcare Company at which she was responsible for all aspects of the company's various Equity Compensation programs. In 2001 she joined the former Transcentive outsourcing group as an Account Manager where she was responsible for the administration of a wide variety of clients. Patricia has also been a member of the Financial Reporting Resources Center at Computershare where she assisted clients using Computershare's applications to meet their financial reporting needs. Patricia is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and is CEP certified.

Jon Burg

Jon joined JPMorgan in 2005 to assist in developing new business and managing client relationships. With over ten years of consulting experience, he is an expert in the design, implementation, and valuation of pension, postretirement welfare, and equity compensation plans. He is also the leader of JPMorgan’s equity compensation consulting practice, assisting clients in working through the rigors of FAS 123R reporting requirements. He has been extensively involved in analyzing historical equity plan experience, performing complex valuations, and evaluating plan designs. Jon has also been a speaker at a variety of industry meetings and conferences on a wide range of issues surrounding retirement benefits and equity compensation.

Jon graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in mathematics. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA and is vice chair for the Society of Actuaries retirement examination.

Edward D. Burmeister

Mr. Burmeister has assisted over 300 multinational companies in extending their stock plans to employees outside the United States.  Recent focus is on tax recharge projects and the interplay of the accounting, transfer pricing and tax deduction issues worldwide.

Mr. Burmeister is a frequent lecturer on international equity issues.  Recent presentations on these topics have been made to the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, the Tax Executive Institute, the Global Equity Organization and the National Center for Employee Ownership.  Mr. Burmeister is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, Northern California Super Lawyers and Chambers America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.

Mr. Burmeister is past Chairman of the State Bar of California - Taxation Section.  He is a member of the Advisory Board of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, the Advisory Board of the Certified Equity Professional Institute, Santa Clara University, the Global Equity Organization (past Board member) and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Mr. Burmeister is a graduate of Stanford University (A.B.) and Stanford Law School (J.D.) where he was Order of the Coif and Managing Editor of the Stanford Law Review.  He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Tax Court and Claims Court.

Jeff Capwell

Jeff has almost twenty years of experience in handling executive compensation matters. He works with companies to design, implement and maintain stock-based compensation plans, performance bonus and incentive programs, nonqualified deferred compensation plans and director compensation programs. Jeff represents management and boards of directors in negotiating and drafting employment, severance and change of control agreements. He advises clients on the tax, securities and corporate law aspects of executive compensation arrangements, and helps prepare public disclosures regarding such arrangements.  Jeff is a frequent lecturer on executive compensation and employee benefits topics.  He has given presentations to the American Bar Association (Tax Section and Business Law Section), the Southern Employee Benefits Conference, the American Bankers Association, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of Public Accountants, the Virginia Conference on Federal Taxation and the William & Mary Tax Conference. 

He received his A.B. from Dartmouth College, and his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review.

Emily Cervino, CEP

As Director of the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) at Santa Clara University, Emily leverages her 12 years of experience in the equity compensation field to develop and promote the rigorous certification standards of the CEPI. Emily coordinates program marketing and development to grow the CEP program and the professional recognition. She also coordinates an extensive volunteer base in defining course curriculum, test development, and standard setting to comply with the rigorous certification standards. Under Emily's leadership, the CEPI launched a research agenda focusing on risks and controls for equity compensation.  Emily is a frequent speaker at equity compensation events, including the NASPP, Global Equity Organization, the NCEO, and, of course, the CEPI. Emily holds a BS from Santa Clara University and obtained her CEP designation in 1998.

Valerie H. Diamond

Ms. Diamond is Chair of the Global Equity Services Group at Baker & McKenzie’s San Francisco office where she assists companies in the design and implementation of international employee stock plans.  She provides advice to clients on the tax, securities law and exchange control compliance issues that arise when options, restricted stock or purchase rights are granted to employees working abroad.  Recent projects include all employee option grants to employees in 35 countries, a tax audit of equity programs in 15 countries and implementation of a employee stock purchase plan in 65 countries.  Ms. Diamond has also assisted clients in meeting international compliance obligations relating to the repricing of options and option exchange programs, the creation of data privacy waivers, the grant of stock options to expatriates and the issuance of restricted stock.

Ms. Diamond is a frequent speaker on international equity issues.  Recent publications on equity topics include an article for Workspan magazine entitled, “Navigating Stock Options in Europe:  Steering Clear of Tax and Legal Pitfalls.”

She is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Global Equity Organization, the WorldatWork Organization and the Western Pension and Benefits Conference.

Ms. Diamond received her J.D. in 1993 from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she received the Dean’s Award for highest grade point average in her class and was a Comment’s Editor for USF Law Review.  She has an M.A. and B.A. in history from California State University, Sacramento.  Ms. Diamond is admitted to practice in California.

James E. Earle

Jim is a partner in the employee benefits department of Kennedy Covington. A significant portion of Jim's practice involves counseling publicly traded companies and other complex employers on matters related to executive compensation. This includes advice and counsel regarding the design and administration of management stock plans, long term incentive plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements.
Jim also has significant experience in securities law matters related to benefit plans, and he assists a number of clients in the preparation of the compensation committee report and other executive compensation portions of the proxy statement. Jim assists clients with the design and administration of tax-qualified retirement plans, including 401(k) savings plans, defined benefit plans, and specialized plans such as cash balance plans.

John Hammond has served in a variety of positions since joining the Computershare family with Transcentive in 2003. As Director of Product Strategy, John is primarily responsible for Computershare Plan Software’s industry relations and offering strategy. John has 9 years in the stock plan industry working with service providers in sales, sales management, account management and product positions. Prior to his work with stock plan services and software, John spent almost 10 years in financial services within the financial planning and retirement plan sectors working as a personal financial planner and with ERISA and non-ERISA group plans. John has been a long-term member of NASPP and is currently the President of the Carolinas Chapter of the NASPP.  John also serves on the curriculum committee for the Certified Equity Professional Institute and has worked in a variety of volunteer roles with the CEP Institute for the last 7 years.  John has been a speaker at a variety of stock plan meetings and conferences on a wide range of issues surrounding equity compensation, administration and reporting requirements.

John earned his CFP designation in 1999 and his CEP designation in 2000. He received his B.A. from The University of Michigan.

Rich is the senior member of the Corporate Beneftis and Advisory Services (CBAS) group at Merrill Lynch, with 12 years experience in the investment community and over 11 years experience within corporate stock plan services. Rich assists corporations in developing customized solutions to help companies with their current challenges and to remain up-to-date with current regulatory issues in the area of equity compensation.
 
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Rich was with UBS Financial Services where he was responsible for UBS' Corporate Employee Financial Services-Dedicated Stock Plan Branch, servicing the Western Division of the United States.  Rich oversaw all new business development, team organization (25+ members), client care, and developing custom solutions for corporation’s stock plan administration, transaction processing, and executive services.  Over Rich's six year tenure with UBS, he helped grow a business that supported over 50 corporate relationships. He helped develop the systems for reporting, auditing, database management, transactions and customer service for Stock Option, Employee Stock Purchase, Stock Appreciation Rights Restricted Stock and Performance Plans. Prior to UBS, Rich was at Solomon Smith Barney in their Stock Plan Services team located in Palo Alto, CA.  He was a Senior Relationship Manager directly responsible for large company plans including many Fortune 100 companies.  
 
Rich is an active member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), member of Global Equity Organization (GEO), National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). Rich holds a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Chico.  

Andrea Kagan

Andrea has more than ten years of experience working with multi-jurisdictional tax issues facing internationally mobile employees and has specialized in equity compensation for the past six years. Andrea spent the last three years on assignment working with Deloitte in the UK, and led the tax team in the due diligence and implementation of Deloitte’s on-line tax withholding calculator for equity compensation of mobile employees (GA Equity Awards) for a major multi-national oil company.

Additionally, Andrea has worked on a wide range of equity compensation projects for both Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, both public and private.  She has also published articles in both the US and the UK. Andrea is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) in the UK, as well as NASPP and GEO.

James Lecher

Jim Lecher is a consultant at Aon.  He has over 8 years of benefits and compensation consulting experience.  Jim has consulted on a variety of employee benefits and compensation issues including annual actuarial ERISA funding and FAS 87 accounting valuations, SERP design and valuation, FAS 106 valuation, several asset/liability studies, Consulting Analysis of Stock Expense (CASE) under FAS 123 and FAS 148, and valuations of Employee Stock Purchase Plans under FAS 123.  Some of his current clients are Prudential Financial, AmerisourceBergen, EW Scripps, Mattel, and UnitedHealth Group.

Jim currently heads the stock option research and development team for Aon.  He has been instrumental in the development of the Aon Cumulative Hazard Rate Binomial Model.  Jim has also developed many cutting-edge Monte Carlo simulation models used to value equity grants containing market conditions and enhance the accuracy of valuations of traditional stock option grants.   Jim is a member of the Society of Actuaries task force which is currently analyzing the early exercise behavior of employees.  Jim was published in World at Work in the fourth quarter of 2006 due to his extensive knowledge of the various applications of Monte Carlo modeling to value equity grants containing market conditions.  Jim currently performs annual and quarterly stock option valuations under FAS 123 for several clients, performs valuation of compensatory arrangements for purposes of a change in control under IRC 280G and consults on various executive compensation issues.

Prior to Joining Aon Jim was employed at ASA consulting and Mercer Human Resources Consulting.  Jim graduated from Arcadia University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.  Jim is a has attained his Certified Equity Professional designation and has passed the Society of Actuaries exams 1 through 4.

Ann Lucchesi spent 17 years in Corporate services at several investment banking firms, including Robertson Stephens and RBC Dain Rauscher working with management teams and employee compensation plans.  She handled hundreds of 10b5-1 plans, thousands of Rule 144 sales and presented to dozens of employee groups and management teams.  Two years ago she founded Equity Compensation Group doing consultation services for equity compensation departments.  Ann is a CEP, has her CFP®, and holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business.

Erin earned her BA in Accounting from the University of Colorado.  She earned her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation from the Certified Equity Professional Institute through Santa Clara University in 2003.  She is also the Treasurer of the Orange County chapter of the NASPP and is a member of the GEO.

Mike Mauro

Michael joined Computershare in 2000, when the company was known as Corporate Management Solutions (CMS), the predecessor of Transcentive and has held many different positions. Michael has worked for years with our core product, Express Options, in technical and administrative positions. In his current role, Michael is responsible for working with current clients and prospects to understand their needs and to help solve issues they have with their administrative and financial requirements. Michael is also responsible for managing some of our largest and most complex projects to provide an end to end project management solution. Michael works closely with and is an integral part of many teams with Computershare, sharing the knowledge gained through his client and prospect interactions. Michael received an A.A.S. degree in landscape architecture from the University of Maine. He is currently working toward a B.A. in business administration. Michael is a licensed paramedic and is an active member of the community as a volunteer working on the ambulance.

Mike Petrauskas

Mike joined JPMorgan in 2004.  He specializes in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting for employee benefits programs.  He has worked extensively in the development of processes for analyzing volatility and historical experience for stock-based compensation programs. Mike has been deeply involved with a variety of FAS 123R compliance projects, including experience studies, assumption reviews, APIC pool development, lattice model analyses, and simulation model testing.  He also has substantial experience developing solutions for complex benefit plan administration projects.      

Mike holds an undergraduate degree in actuarial science from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in banking and finance from the University of Alabama. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

Joe Purdy, a member of Computershare Technology Services, has been with Computershare since the year 2000. During the past eight years he has served in various roles, all relating to client services. Joe originally joined the organization as part of the Support Services team, rising through the ranks to become a senior member of that team supporting a variety of solutions for both public and private corporations. During his time at Computershare Joe had the unique opportunity to serve as a stock option and stock purchase administrator at a large publicly traded company for a few months. He has also headed-up the education offerings through Computershare University and maintained the content on the Solutions Central client website. Currently, he manages the financial reporting technical department that creates specifications for, tests and supports the financial reporting features in Computershare's equity compensation platforms. Prior to joining Computershare, Joe worked at various software companies serving in a software and hardware support role.

Joe earned his CEP designation in 2005, is a NASPP member and attended Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.

Brad Reynolds is a Manager in PwC’s Total Compensation practice, based in San Jose. He is involved in the design, implementation and communication of global stock plans with an emphasis on administrative solutions.

Brad has unique experience in implementing global plans, getting involved in the selection of administrators as well as creating the appropriate infrastructure needed to support a given plan design. His recent focus has been in the area of FAS123R, leading PwC's service offering in the calculation and prospective tracking of tax windfall pools and deferred tax assets. In addition, Brad is often brought in as subject matter expert in SOX 404 projects where the effectiveness of internal controls around the stock administration function is being assessed.

Mr. Wheeler obtained his law degree (J.D.) from the Universary of Toledo, and Masters in Law from the New York Universary (LL. M. taxation). Mr. Wheeler practiced law for seven years in San Francisco, specializing in domestic and international executive compensation and employee benefits (including qualified retirement plans), before practicing as an executive compensation consultant in 1991.
