Sunday night - welcome reception and dinner

We’ll come together for a welcome reception and dinner on Sunday evening at the River Bend Barn on the estate. Step into the everyday life of families who lived on the estate raising livestock, tending crops, and working at Biltmore Dairy in the 1890's. River Bend Barn – once the social and work center for these families – is alive again with blacksmiths, woodworkers, and other craft demonstrations; an old-fashioned Mercantile shop; a Creamery offering ice cream treats; live bluegrass bands, and more.

Monday night - tour, reception and dinner

Take a private tour of the Biltmore House followed by a sunset reception on the Library Terrace of the House, and then a candlelight dinner in the glorious Italian Garden with a breathtaking evening view of the Biltmore House.

Be inspired by the relaxed elegance of George and Edith Vanderbilt's 250-room family home and country retreat in Asheville, NC. Discover original art from masters such as Renoir, magnificent 16th-century tapestries, Napoleon's chess set, a library with 10,000 volumes, a Banquet Hall with a 70-foot ceiling, 65 fireplaces, an indoor pool, bowling alley, and priceless antiques. Opened to friends on Christmas Eve 1895, this French Renaissance chateau remains America's largest privately owned home. Wear comfortable shoes for the tour.

Tuesday night - dinner

Following the conclusion of the day's meeting, walk across the yard to the Deerpark restaurant. This charming, rustic restaurant was originally an historic barn designed by Richard Morris Hunt. Now transformed into a courtyard restaurant with walls of windows, you'll enjoy cocktails in the courtyard and a gourmet dinner in the barn.
